So, you may have noticed things have changed a tad… including the blog/business name and web address, you know, just a couple little tiny minor things.

Well, yes, you are right. Truth is i stopped blogging or working on anything craft related for the last few months, as you may have noticed. Partly due to some crazy busy and stressful things going on in regular old life and partly due to the huge mental road blog that was the site.

It just wasn’t pretty or pulled together and i found myself totally unable to work past that. Then came the fact that almost everyone who saw the site or my card couldn’t begin to pronounce mairzydoats… so i went for something simpler with fewer letters and syllables, ma-mé. Sweet, no?

My friend Brenna kindly and joyfully offered to get things where i wanted them and off we went. She listened to my incoherent ramblings on what i liked and turned it all into a nice little site. We went with atelier (french for shop or workshop) ma-mé as simple mame dot com was, sadly, already taken (and not even being used for anything! grumph).

So here we are. A pretty new home base for everything! As i work into my new place I’m sure things will get tweaked and rearranged a tiny bit here and there but this is basically it! The shop should be slowly filled over the next month or so and i’ll be sure to post updates here and in the news section.
